After practicing Occupational Therapy for several years, I felt drawn to work more deeply with alternative methods to empower people in reducing stress in their lives. For the past 6 years I have used a variety of approaches and techniques that are tailored meet each person’s individual needs and requirements. My guiding principles are practicality and effectiveness. I will present you with new perspectives and tools that you can then implement to create change in your life.
