In March 2003, at the age of 35, Valerie was diagnosed with a life threatening bone marrow cancer that caused pain and the destruction of her bones.  Through the course of treatment, she unknowingly used self-hypnosis, projecting herself in the future, controlling her thoughts and her surroundings.  Despite a bleak prognosis, she managed to not only survive, but beat the cancer. Through it all, she discovered the incredible power we all have inside of us. She spent many years thinking about that power, wondering how to help others tap into it.  One night the word “hypnosis” came to her mind.  As she researched it, she realized that hypnosis was the answer she was looking for.  Assisting others in their life altering paths became her goal.

Hypnosis is safe, effective and provides fast and long term results. Hypnosis enables us to get to the root cause of the problem.  By treating the cause, we can eliminate the problem, not just its symptoms.  We can eradicate depression, frustrations, excess weight, addictions and many more issues…

She is now a Registered Clinical hypnotherapist by ARCH Canada. She uses a variety of techniques including the advanced and highly effective 5-PATH® Hypnosis® methods, developed by the world renowned Calvin D. Banyan.
