Registered Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Therapist, Visceral Manipulation

Elizabeth has been practising clinical and sport related massage in the Bow Valley since 2007 at both Rocky Mountain Rehabilitation and Sport Medicine Clinic and The Banff Centre for Performing Arts. Since becoming a member of the Instructional Team for Mount Royal University's Massage Therapy program, she has focused her work out of the Canmore Health and Wellness Centre.

In addition to treating post operative and sport injuries, Elizabeth is skilled in a broad range of treatment styles, including maternal and infant massage. She has completed both Level 1 and 11 in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. By design our bodies are self healing, but sometimes we require a helping hand, or two. Elizabeth can facilitate your body's return to optimal health.
