including diet and supplements based on your individual needs.

Angie has formally studied natural medicine and the science of the human body since 1989. She completed her Honors Bachelor of Science Degree (premed) in 1995 and a 3 year Master Herbalist program in 2003. Having studied in a pure science environment followed by a holistic school, she is in a particularly good position to provide guidance to realistic health goals. Angie has worked professionally in the field of holistic health since 2000. Whenever possible she recommends North American herbs and foods that can be found locally. Angie has lived in the Bow Valley since 1995.
