Growing up all I wanted to do was to help people. I concluded that nursing would be the best option, but after volunteering and passing out at the sight of blood every time, it became apparent to ALL…that it would not be beneficial to myself or others that I continue in this pursuit.

Through the Faculty of Extension at the University of Alberta, I obtained my Human Resource Management Certification and worked in various healthcare settings. However, after having years of my own personal health challenges, the journey led me to seek answers through natural medicine. After being treated through a variety of complementary modalities, my personal well-being and health was much improved, igniting a passion to help others on their ownjourney of wellness.

I graduated with honours from the Universal College of Reflexology as a certified foot reflexologist. I am a registered member of the Association of Massage Therapists and Wholistic Practitioners. I'm also completing the Cranial Sacral Designation through the Upledger Institute Inc. My husband, daughter and I love life in the Bow Valley and are actively engaged in the community and outdoor recreational pursuits.
